The following are examples of significant web page features that could be used on your site.
Frames
Frames allow menus and other features to stay put in a browser window while other parts of the window change. For an example of a site using 2 frames, see the George Waters Management site above. For an example of a site using 3 frames, see "The Slope" site above.

Image Maps
An image map is a graphic (not necessarily an actual map) that has certain areas linked to other web pages. This is in comparison to a graphic that is entirely linked to a single web page. To see an example of a fairly complex image map, click here.

JavaScript Buttons
All of the pages in this Connected Earth web site use JavaScript Buttons. When you scroll over one of the blue buttons at the top left of each page, it changes to green. Many other effects can be implemented besides color changes.

JavaScript Menus

The disadvantage to this feature is that it can take a while to load if the viewer is using a dial-up connection.
